E' stato consegnato nei giorni scorsi il certificato di brevetto che attesta l'invenzione industriale del sistema di attraversamento pedonale con illuminazione dal basso, depositato nel 2009 da un ingegnere informatico (che resta anonimo) presso la Camera di Commercio di Ferrara.
L'iter di riconoscimento del prodotto è stato lungo e non avulso da difficoltà di ogni ordine e grado, a tal punto che l'inventore non si aspettava più una simile notizia.
Invece a tempo di record dalla consegna delle ultime istanze all' UIBM di Roma, in meno di 15 giorni è arrivata la tanto attesa attestazione di invenzione industriale, accompagnata anche da altre due attestazioni per prodotti derivati dalla prima.
La Pedonale LifeSafe® è un sistema di attraversamento stradale per pedoni e cicli, che permette di illuminare i fruitori direttamente dal piano di calpestio, cioè dalle stesse strisce pedonali.
Il concetto che di per se rivoluziona l'intero mercato dei sistemi pedonali, ha un doppio effetto: illuminare il pedone per il 70% in più rispetto ai sistemi esistenti evitando i coni d'ombra verticali provenienti dall'alto e fare da "deterrente" per le auto o i mezzi in arrivo, che da grande distanza notano il sistema illuminato ed automaticamente rallentano.
Questo effetto secondario, non è sfuggito all'inventore che ha altresì depositato e brevettato, anche un circuito di rilevazione a distanza del pedone in attraversamento, che colloquiando con un gemello elettronico installato nell'auto, impartisce l'ordine di rallentare all'auto se il conducente non si fosse accorto del pedone, arrivando anche allo stop del mezzo a circa 3 metri dall'attraversamento pedonale.
Oltre a questo fatto importante, il sistema LifeSafe® potrà anche fungere da enorme sensore di attraversamento non solo per i pedoni che potranno anche essere contati, ma anche per i mezzi che lo attraversano, integrandosi così anche in una rete sofisticata di sensori per il flusso di traffico globale, per l'ottimizzazione dei percorsi.

Instead in record time after delivery of the last instances to 'UIBM of Rome, in less than 15 days came the long-awaited declaration of industrial invention, accompanied by two other claims for products derived from the first.
The Pedestrian Lifesafe® is a system of road crossing for pedestrians and cycles, which allows you to illuminate the users directly from the floor, that is, by the same crosswalk.
The concept in itself revolutionizes the entire system market pedestrian, has a double effect: to illuminate the pedestrian to 70% more than existing systems while avoiding the shadow cones vertical from above and act as a "deterrent" for cars or incoming vehicles, which from a distance notice the enlightened system and automatically slow down.
